Message	of the turbocharger - that is a function of the turbocharger itself and is primarily dependent on wheel trim and housing A/R. Timing and A/F affect it a little bit, but the differences are pretty negligible. Open boost: the boost response the turbocharger will produce when the wastegate is held completely shut.
